Meet Paul
Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I am absolutely convinced that we need new approaches to the challenges we face today. From my extensive experience facilitating forums and workshops, I’ve learnt that the best solutions come from drawing out the best from a range of perspectives and experiences. I’m excited about joining theory, expert knowledge, lived experience and common sense to develop innovative, practical solutions that lead to real change and improvement.
I enjoy putting theory into action and bring to each project nearly 30 years of experience across local, State and Commonwealth governments as both a consultant and a public servant. I appreciate the complexity of dynamic environments and have a demonstrated record of providing strategic advice and analysis on complex issues to senior decision makers in government, industry and community organisations. I have extensive experience in strategic planning, budget and financial management, resource allocation, performance measurement, risk analysis, social policy, inter-government negotiations and change management.

Meet Wendy
I'm curious, love new ideas and am motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems. What I enjoy most about being a partner at INCITE information is the people. It's a privilege to work with passionate leaders who are trying to solve emerging challenges or proactively seek new ways of doing things to improve the effectiveness of their organisation. I'm also inspired by all the other people we meet – including staff, volunteers and community members – who are dedicated to improving the wellbeing of their local community.
I provide specialist skills in the areas of data analysis, financial modelling, stakeholder engagement and strategy development. I've led a diverse range of projects for our clients in local government and the community sector, including strategic reviews, operational optimisation projects and the development of performance measurement and reporting frameworks.
I have over 20 years experience in research and management consulting, with expertise in applied statistics and social research. I've also worked in State Government in various roles managing large inter-departmental projects. I have qualifications in economics and marketing with post-graduate qualification in social statistics.
